Mohammad Kamrujjaman Sikder is a dynamic and visionary leader with over two decades of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. After beginning his professional journey in 2003 with renowned local and multinational organizations—including Transcom Group, GMG Airlines, and Grameenphone Ltd. (a Telenor Group company)—he transitioned into full-time entrepreneurship, bringing with him a wealth of experience in strategy, operations, and leadership. Today, Mr. Sikder serves as the Chairman and CEO of Future Destination Limited, the parent company of a diverse portfolio of successful ventures in retail, food, real estate, interior design, and distribution. His entrepreneurial journey has not only created robust brands like Cloud Cake & Foods, SmartTech Properties Ltd., ArtiNest, and FDL Enterprise, but has also introduced global franchises such as Meenbazaar, MiNiSO, and Babuland to local markets under FDL’s management. Under his leadership, these ventures now employ over 400 people, contributing meaningfully to Bangladesh’s economy and inspiring a new generation of entrepreneurs. Mr. Sikder is known for his ability to identify market gaps, execute sustainable business models, and foster partnerships with investors and stakeholders across various industries.
